Forms, don't you love them?

As promised in my previous post the forms for this challenge have been posted.  They can be found on the buttons at the top of the blog.  Just click on one and print it out.  There are only three forms. 1) A list of rules to provide structure to this endeavor, 2)An entry application form which is essentially an artist information sheet and 3) a release to obtain your  written permission for your work of art to appear in the show, be photographed and appear on the blog.
